珠海淇澳岛红树林湿地经济鱼类的重金属污染现状及对人体健康风险分析 被引量:15

摘要 红树林沉积物常常成为许多海洋污染物的重要存贮场所,重金属污染的海产品使得消费者的健康面临严重威胁。通过测定珠海淇澳岛红树林湿地经济鱼类肌肉组织中重金属元素的含量,采用单因子污染指数法、综合污染指数法和污染物每周可耐受摄入量法,分析评价了鱼类受污染程度、卫生质量安全性和食用的健康风险。结果表明,珠海淇澳岛红树林湿地的鱼类重金属元素含量大小依次为Zn>Mn>Cr>Cu>Pb>Cd,并且重金属在不同食性鱼类中的分布存在差异,呈现杂食性和肉食性>草食性。根据海洋生物污染评价标准,该区域鱼类受到Cr污染较为严重,其中弹涂鱼和短吻鲾肌肉中Cr元素单项污染因子分别为2.078和1.045。根据食品卫生质量标准,仅有弹涂鱼Cr和Pb超标,单项污染因子分别为1.558和1.332。对人体的健康风险综合分析表明,广东省居民通过食用该区域鱼类每周摄入的重金属平均值均小于每周可耐受摄入量,说明食用该区域经济鱼类目前是安全的,但存在Cr中毒的健康风险,应当引起当地高度重视。 Marine economic animals from mangrove wetlands such as fish,shrimp,crab and shellfish are popular with residents.However,heavy metals in seafood have posed a serious threat to the consumer health as the sediment in mangrove wetlands accumulated plenty of pollutants.The contents of heavy metals(Cd,Pb,Cr,Zn,Cu and Mn)were determined in different fish muscle tissues from the mangrove wetland of Qi'ao Island in Zhuhai,Guangdong.The pollution levels,the safety status and potential health risks based on the heavy metals contents in fish tissues from the mangrove wetlands were compared in detail.The result showed that fish in the mangrove wetlands of Zhuhai Qi'ao Island were subject to a certain degree of heavy metal pollution and the Cr content in the muscle of Periophthalmus cantonensis(Osbeck)and Leiognathus brevirostris exceeded the national standards.The content of heavy metals was in the order of omnivorous fish,carnivorous fish>phytophagous fish,indicating the heavy metals were differently distributed in the sampled fish tissues.Meanwhile,the Cr and Pb content both exceeded the national food safety standards and showed a poor health safety as an aquatic food.According to the resident consumption of fish in the investigation area,the health risk analysis showed that the fish in the study area was safe at present,while a potential health risk existed under conditions of excessive uptake.Moreover,Cr and Pb pollution in fish tissue should be given great attention in local mangrove wetlands.
