摘要
以科学发展观作为人才培养的理念,研究如何建立联合培养互动机制、创新人才培养模式,并指出高校应与行业、企业、科研院所联合培养,进一步加强内涵建设,明确人才培养目标,完善人才培养体系,提高人才培养质量。
Taking the Outlook of Scientific Development as the talents training concept, this article elabo- rates how to establish the interactive mechanism of united talents training and the mode of creative talents training. Then the article points out universities should combine the talents training with trades, enterprises and scientific research institutions. Lastly, the article emphasizes that universities should strengthen conno- tation construction, clear the objectives of talents training, perfect the system of talents training and enhance the qualities of talents training.
