The effect of antioxidant MBP on the stabilization of ABS graft copolymers

摘要 在采用乳液聚合方法制备丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)接枝共聚物时,将受阻酚类抗氧剂2,2′-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)(MBP)以乳液的形式加到ABS胶乳中。通过对粉料进行动态和静态DSC分析和TG分析,测定粉料的拉伸性能和老化后的ABS接枝共聚物的黄色指数的变化等对不同含量的抗氧剂MBP在ABS中的稳定作用进行了研究。结果表明:当w(MBP)=0.1%时,即能对ABS接枝共聚物起到较好的保护作用;w(MBP)=1.5%的ABS接枝共聚物的断裂伸长率下降速度最快;其中当w(MBP)=1%时,ABS接枝共聚物的黄色指数在整个实验范围内最高。 The different content antioxidant 2,2′-Methylenebis-(4-ethyl-6-tert-butylphenol)(MBP)emulsion was added to Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene(ABS)emulsion which was prepared by an emulsion process..Stabilization was monitored in terms of changes in the tensile properties and yellowness index.DSC and TG were also used to assess the stability.The results indicated that when the content of MBP was 0.1%,it could protect ABS graft copolymers effectively.The sample contained 1.5%MBP showed higher resistant for breakage.The samples treated with 1% MBP exhibited the highest color development.
