Study on Thermal Oxidation Resistance of ABS Modified by Antioxidant

摘要 分别采用抗氧剂245、1076、1098为主抗氧剂,以抗氧剂168为辅助抗氧剂,对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元嵌段共聚物(ABS)进行了抗热氧老化改性,对比分析了老化前后改性ABS试样的抗热氧老化性能和力学性能,并分别通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)及差示扫描量热法(DSC)对改性ABS的羰基指数和氧化诱导参数进行了表征。结果表明:以抗氧剂245为主抗氧剂的改性ABS具有最佳抗热氧老化性能。该试样具有最高的氧化诱导温度(249℃)以及最长的氧化诱导时间(21.6 min),分别比纯ABS增加了22℃和17.5 min;另外随着老化时间的延长,该试样的羰基指数上升得最慢,同时其力学性能的下降幅度相对较小。 The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer(ABS) was modified with antioxidant 245,1076,1098 as the main antioxidant respectively,and with antioxidant 168 as auxiliary antioxidant.The thermal oxidation resistance and mechanical properties of the modified ABS samples before and after aging were tested,and the carbonyl index and oxidation induction parameters were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra analysis(FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),respectively.The results show that:the modified ABS sample,which with antioxidant 245 as the main antioxidant,has the optimum thermal oxidation resistance,both the oxidation induction temperature and time can reach the maximum(249℃ and 21.6 min),and increase respectively by 22℃ and 17.5 min compared with the pure ABS.Moreover,with the extension of aging time,the carbonyl index of the sample rises slowly,and the decline of mechanical properties is relatively small.
