摘要
目的:探讨果酸在预防点阵激光治疗光老化皮肤术后色素沉着中的应用价值。方法:选取36例符合光老化诊断标准的受试者随机分为对照、实验组,对照组给予单一点阵CO2激光治疗,实验组给予果酸+CO2激光联合治疗,治疗4周后比较两组病例疗效及色素沉着改善情况。结果:实验组治疗优良率高于单一激光组(P<0.05);联合果酸治疗组术后色素沉着改善率(94.4%)明显优于单一激光治疗组(77.8%)(P<0.01)。结论:果酸联合CO2激光治疗光老化皮肤效果显著,并且能有效预防术后色素沉着的发生。
Objective： To research the application of AHA in preventing hyperpigmentation after the treatment of photo - aged skin by Fractional Laser. Methods： Slected 36 cases volunteers with photo - aged skin, divided them into Experimental group and Control group. The Control group were treated with Fractional Laser, The Experimental group were given AHA and Fractional Laser, Then compared the efficacy of two groups after 4 weeks. Results： The excellent - rate of the Experimental group was higher than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The effective rate of Experimental group （94.4%） in preventing hyperpigmentation was higher than that of Control group （77. 8% ） （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： AHA could reduce the hyperpigmentation effectively after the treatment of pho- to -aged skin by Fractional Laser.
