摘要 目的:探讨强脉冲光(IPL)治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效。方法:采用波长为400~1200nm的GP666B型光子嫩肤仪治疗65例面部皮肤光老化患者,5次为一个疗程,每次治疗间隔时间10天,每位患者治疗前后对比拍照、记录参数并进行临床疗效评估。结果:65例患者中各种病变的有效率分别为:色素沉着斑76.36%,微细皱纹93.02%,毛细血管扩张94.67%。结论:IPL治疗面部光老化有良好疗效。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the treatment for facial photoaging with intense pulsed light Methods 65 patients of facial photoaging were enrolled in the study. GP666B photorejuvenation device equiped with the cutoff filters of 400nm to 1200nm has been used to treat these patients. Every patient was treated for five times at an interval of 10 days, before and after treatment of clinical photographs and parameters were recorded. Results The clinical efficacy was assessed by comparing photographs and improvement in photoaging. Significant effective rate was as follows: pigment patch: 76.36% (42/55),scabriculous: 93.02% (40/43),telangiectasis.94.67% (37/39). Conclusion Intense pulsed light technology can be effective for the treatment of pigment patch,scabriculous and telangiectasis.
