D980nm激光对大鼠皮肤的组织学改变及收缩效果影响的实验研究

Effects of D 980 nm laser on histological changes and contraction of rat skin

摘要 目的通过观察D980nm激光在连续模式和脉冲模式下,不同光纤移动速度和不同脉冲宽度对大鼠皮肤的胶原纤维、弹力纤维以及皮肤中I型胶原蛋白表达的影响,评价D980nm激光对皮肤的作用。方法选取36只SD大鼠,平均分为6组,其中3组采用连续模式,3组采用脉冲模式,进行皮下照射。激光能量密度为25J/cm。、功率为5W。连续模式组的光纤移动速度分别为0.2、0.5、1.0cm/s;脉冲模式组的脉冲宽度分别为10、20、30ms(间歇期为10ms,移动速度为0.5cm/s),术后3个月切取各实验组的大鼠背部皮肤进行检测。结果通过对大鼠的HE染色、弹力纤维染色、I型胶原蛋白的免疫组化染色可知,D980nm激光光纤移动速度为0.5cm/s,脉冲宽度为20ms,皮肤的改善效果较佳。相同作用条件下,脉冲模式优于连续模式。结论①不同移动速度和脉冲宽度均能达到改善皮肤质量的目的。②连续模式速度为0.5cm/s时,脉冲模式脉冲宽度为20ms时,皮肤的改善效果较佳。③相同条件下,激光脉冲模式优于连续模式,并可见明显差异。 Objective To evaluate the effects of D 980 nm with different movement speed and pulse width on the collagen fibers, elastic fibers and expression of I type collagen under continuous and pusle mode. Meth otis Thirtysix SD rats were divided randomly into 6 groups, three were treated with subcutaneous irradiation under continuous mode, the other three were adopted with that under pulse mode. The laser energy density was 25 J/cm2 and power was 5 W. The translational speed of optical fiber in the continuous mode groups were 0. 2, 0. 5 and 1.0 cm/s, pulse width were 10, 20 and 30 ms in the pulse mode groups with 10 ms intermission and 0. 5 cm/s translational speed. The samples harvested from the dorsal skin of each group at 3 months were detected. Results D 980 nm laser at 0. 5 cm/s translational speed and 20 ms pulse width could obtain the best effect on refirming. In the same conditions, the pulse mode surpassed the continuous mode. Conclusion ①Different speed and pulse width can achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the skin. ②Under the same parameters, D 980 nm laser at 0.5 cm/stranslational speed and 20 mspulse width could obtain the best effect on refirming. ③In the same conditions, the pulse mode sur- passed the continuous mode with obvious difference.
