摘要
主要对艾草、桔皮抑菌提取物进行复合配比,并对复合物稳定性进行研究。实验结果表明,最佳复合消毒剂配比为:复合提取物浓度为3mg/mL,其中艾草提取物浓度为1.2mg/mL、桔皮提取物浓度为1.8mg/mL;艾草复合消毒剂经60℃以下热处理15min后,仍具有很强的杀菌能力;pH在6~8范围内对综合杀菌效果较强;复合物对紫外线很敏感。
The antimicrobial activity and stability of absracted substance of wormwood and citrus peel were studied. The research results showed that wormwood and citrus peel (C=3 mg/mL) has great bacteriostasis to bacterium and fungus at normal temperature. Wormwood complex has excellent heat stability for bacteriostasis, it still showed antiseptic power after treatment of 15min under 60 ℃. The wormwood complex had bigger influence to Penicillium sp, Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli at normal temperature and pH value 6~8, the peak value was obvious. Ultraviolet radiation to wormwood complex result in reducing activity of restraining bacteria.
