摘要 从MTBE装置的生产过程的特点及基本原理出发,通过对反应器和分馏塔的控制因素进行取样和实验分析研究,并结合实际数据,找出造成MTBE装置醚化反应器和催化蒸馏塔腐蚀的主要原因,提出了严格控制碳四原料,控制好反应的操作指标,抑制杂质组分生成的建议,从而为提高MTBE的产品质量提供可借鉴的经验。 Methyl tert - butyl ether, as a kind of high octane number gasoline harmonic component, was widely ap- plied in home and abroad. Mature of its production, from all the technological process of the MTBE to better improve and optimization, in order to improve the yield. From the characteristics of MTBE unit of production process and basic princi- ples, through the control factor in reactor and main fractionator sampling and experimental analysis, and combined with the actual data, the main reasons of MTBE device caused by etherification reactor and catalytic distillation tower corrosion were found out, and the four raw materials of strict control of carbon control response operation index and inhibition of im- purity components generated advice were proposed, so as to improve the quality of MTBE product provides referential ex- perience.
