摘要
从催化蒸馏的工艺操作入手,针对操作过程中出现的催化蒸馏塔内二聚反应的发生及控制、催化蒸馏塔釜TAME含量的控制、催化蒸馏塔内二甲醚副反应的发生及控制等问题,进行探讨、分析并进行优化。
The problems existed in the operation of catalytic distillation, such as the initiation and control of dimerization,the optimization of methanol content in the feed to the catalytic distillation column. The amount of isoamylenes at the column bottom and its control as well as the initiation and control of side-reaction of dimethyl ether in the catalytic distillation colomn are discussed and analyzed.
