摘要 轻汽油醚化装置分为两段反应,第一段为固定床醚化反应,2台反应器催化剂寿命均为1年。在反应器串联过程中,通过控制醚化蒸馏塔灵敏板的温度,解决了产品中甲醇超标的问题。反应器串联后,第一段醚化反应的转化率可提高6%,热媒水单耗可降低0.13kgEo·t^-1,固定床反应器催化剂的使用寿命可延长。
