摘要
文章对某公司8万吨/年MTBE装置甲醇回收系统的腐蚀原因进行分析。结果表明,原料中的金属阳离子置换催化剂中的H;及甲醇中的甲酸造成甲醇回收系统呈酸性,并发生电化学腐蚀。根据腐蚀发生的原因,通过加强原料质量管控、系统腐蚀监控及萃取水pH值检测等措施,有效控制MTBE装置的腐蚀问题。
This paper analyzed the reasons of corrosion for methanol recovery system in MTBE plant. The results show that the metal cation in the raw material replaces the hydrogen ion in the catalyst and the formic acid in the methanol to cause the system to be acidic and electrochemically corroded. According to the causes of corrosion, it is proposed to effectively control the corrosion of the MTBE plant by strengthening the quality control of the raw material, system corrosion monitoring and the pH value detection of extraction water.
