摘要 42CrMo为难加工材料,改进铣刀结构参数和材质,提高铣刀加工难加工材料的寿命。通过对加工出现崩刃的铣刀进行分析,提出改进措施。以42CrMo作为被加工工件,通过优化铣刀的后角和前角,分别用X和Y刀具材料,在数控立式铣床上做实验。结果表明:铣刀圆周后角由8°减小到6°,槽前角由12°减小到8°,铣刀寿命相应提高。刀具材料由X换成Y,铣刀寿命大大提高,提高程度比改变刀具角度大。 42CrMo is a material which is difficult to machine. Improve the chipping cutter structure parameters and material, so as to enhance the tool' s life. By analysising the chipping cutters after the processing, we propose measures for improvement. We do the following research which uses 42CrMo to be processed as the workpiece to be machined on the CNC vertical milling machine through optimizing the cutter circumference angle and rake angle with the different tool materials X and Y. The results show that the cutter life corresponding increases with the cutter circumference angle reducing from 8° to 6° and flute rake angle decreasing from 12° to 8°. When tool material is changed from X to Y, the cutter life obvi- ously enhance more compared with converting the tool angle.
