摘要
高锰钢是一种典型的难加工材料,其特点是强度高、硬度高和耐磨性好,切削加工性差,主要是刀具耐用度和加工效率低。本文着重分析在干切削情况下钻削ZGMn13高锰钢,通过充分的理论分析和科学实验,对硬质合金群钻的几何参数与结构进行改进,为高锰钢的钻削加工提供了科学依据。
High manganese steel is a typical of hard-machining material. It has the characteristic of high strength, hardness and good wearing abihty, so it' s machining is poor, mostly because tool' s wearing and machining efficiency is very low. This arti- cle focuses on dry cutting for ZGMnl3 high manganese steel and through plenary academic analysis and scientific experiments, to improve Carbide drill with Multi-facet on the geometric parameters and the structure. This provides scientific basis for the high manganese steel' s drilling.
