摘要
针对硬钢材料硬度高、强度大和导热性差等材料特性,通过正交试验设计法进行群钻基础钻削试验,分析和研究外刃顶角2ρ、后角αfc和尖宽bφ三种钻尖参数对钻头寿命的影响,并进行方差分析及显著性检验,然后对研究结果进行单因素分析验证。其结果表明:在三种钻尖参数中,外刃顶角对群钻钻头寿命起决定性作用;通过相关优化分析获得了在硬钢材料钻削中,群钻钻尖的最优几何参数。
According to the material performance of hard steel's high hardness,heavy intensity and low heat conductivity by using the orthogonal experiment method,the influence of three kinds geometrical parameters: top angle,chisel edge,relief angle on the drills life was discussed,and the test of significance and variance analysis for it were also analyzed,equation,furthermore the single-element tests were done.The results indicate that top angle is the decisive parameter to the drills life;with correlative analysis on the results from the test,the optimal set of geometrical parameter values was discovered.
