联用三种方法确定根尖吸收根管工作长度研究

EVALUATION OF ACCURACY TRIPLE-UNITED METHOD IN ROOT CANAL WORKING LENGTH WITH APICAL ROOT RESORPTION

摘要 目的评价联合应用三种根测方法确定根尖吸收根管工作长度的准确性。方法选取68例患者,70颗慢性根尖周炎根尖吸收需拔除的患牙,共144个根管。随机分为二组,实验组(72个根管)联合应用电测法、放射法、纸尖法确定工作长度;对照组(72个根管)联合应用电测法、放射法确定工作长度。采用拔除患牙,在直视下,观察15#K锉为于根尖位置的方法评价。结果实验组的根管工作长度适长率为91.6%,对照组的根管工作长度适长率为75.0%。二组经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用电测法、放射法、纸尖法确定根尖吸收根管的工作长度可以增加测量的准确性。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of united three methods in root canal working length with apical root resorption.Methods There were 144 root canals needing extraction for chronic periapical periodontitis with apical root resorption in 70 teeth from68 patiens.They were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group(72 root canals)united x-ray method electornic apex locator method and paper point method in root canal working length.The working length of contorl group(72 root canals)was measured by X-ray method and apex locator.Extraction of the teeth,observed the K fill place with apical foramen in exvivo.Results The rates of appropriate working length in experimental group(91.6%)was better than that in contorl group(75.0%),and there was statistically difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The united x-ray method,electornic apex locator method and paper point method can raised the accuracy of the root canal working length of the tooth that apical root resorption.
