摘要
目的 比较三种不同根管长度测量仪测定根尖区吸收牙齿工作长度结果的准确性。方法 将 6 0颗离体前牙平均分成三组 ,用 70 0 # 裂钻深入根尖孔钻入 3mm ,破坏根尖狭窄处。将三组牙齿分别放置于测量槽中 ,使用RootZX、Neosonic和JustyⅡ测量其工作长度。结果 所得出的数据与肉眼下准确测量所得出的数据比较 ,A组在± 0 .5mm 6 5 .0 %、± 1mm 85 .0 %、± 1.5mm 10 0 .0 %。B组在± 0 .5mm 6 0 .0 %、± 1mm 85 .0 %、± 1.5mm10 0 .0 %。C组在± 0 .5mm 75 .0 %、± 1mm 90 .0 %、± 1.5mm 10 0 .0 %。结论 三种测量仪测量值具有准确性 ,A组。
Objective This study was to evaluate the accuracy of three kinds electronic apex locators to determine the working length in teeth with simulated apical root resorption.Methods Sixty anterior teeth with mature apices were divided into three groups. An irregular cavity defect was drilled at the apies of each tooth simulating an apical root resorption.Using the Root ZX (group A),Neosonic (group B),and JustyⅡ(group C),the working lengths was measured,comparing the electronic readings with direct visual measurements.Results The Root ZX was 65.0% , 85.0% and 100.0% accurately to within 0.5mm ,1mm,and 1.5mm of the direct visual measurements.The Neosonic was 60.0% , 85.0% and 100.0% .The JustyⅡwas 75.0% ? 90.0% ? 100.0% .Conclusion All 3 electronic apex locators were useful for working length measurement in teeth with apex resorption.Statistically,no significant differences were observed among group A,group B,and group C.
