摘要
目的:探索以组织破碎法提取牡丹皮中的有效成分。方法:以提取的丹皮酚和芍药苷质量分数的综合评分为指标,以乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:优选的工艺为用15倍量65%乙醇,以组织破碎法提取1min。结论:所选工艺简单、可行、提取率高,可用于牡丹皮中丹皮酚和芍药苷的提取。
OBJECTIVE： To explore effective components from Paeonia suffruticosa. METHODS： The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with mass fraction of paeonol and paeoniflorin as index using the concentration and volume of ethanol, extraction time as factors. RESULTS： The optimized technology was as follows： 15-folds 65% ethanol and extracting for 1 min by tissue-breaking method. CONCLUSIONS： Optimized technology is simple, feasible and high extraction, which is suitable for the extraction of paeonol and paeoniflorin from P. suffruticosa.
