摘要
目的 :制订菊芩颗粒的质量标准。方法 :用TLC鉴别制剂中连翘酯苷、梓醇、丹皮酚和芍药苷 ;采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果 :TLC色谱中均能明显地检出连翘、地黄、丹皮、赤芍 ;HPLC法测得黄芩苷含量 2 0 .93～2 1.74mg/ g,平均回收率为 99.16 % ,RSD为 0 .92 % (n =6 )。定性定量方法简便、准确、专属性强。结论
Objective: To establish the quality standards for Juqin Granules. Methods: Forsythiaside, catalpol, paeonol and paeniflorin in Juqin Granules were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin in Juqin Granules was determined by HPLC. Results: Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Rehmannige, Cortex Moutan Radicis, Radix Paeoniae Rabra could be detected by TLC. The content of baicalin was 20.93～21.74 mg/g. The average recovery was 99.16% and RSD was 0.92% (n=6). Conclusion: These methods are simple and accurate with a strong specificity. These methods can be used for the quality control of Juqin Granules.
