摘要
建设项目全过程造价控制对项目的投资效益具有重要影响,施工及竣工结算阶段是工程的实体阶段,加强这两阶段的投资控制具有重要意义。文中对建设单位在施工及竣工结算阶段加强造价控制的关键因素进行了探讨。
The whole-process cost control of construction project has important influence on project investment benefit. Construction and completion settlement stages are stages forming the project entity , and strengthening the investment control to these two stages has important meaning. This paper made discussion to the key factors for the construction unit to strengthen cost management during construction and completion stages.
