在新一轮科技革命与产业变革的背景下,研究工业体系相关理论与区域工业转型实践,探索构建符合区域工业化基础与发展目标的现代工业体系,对推动区域制造业高质量发展,促进地区经济的持续、快速、稳定增长具有现实与理论指导意义。
Under the background of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,it is of realistic and theoretical significance to study the relevant theories of industrial system and the practice of regional industrial transformation,and to explore the construction of modern industrial system that conforms to the basis and development objectives of regional industrialization,so as to promote the high-quality development of regional manufacturing industry and promote the sustained,rapid and stable growth of regional economy.
