摘要
石油化工投资项目具有专业技术性强、产品独特、投资较大、技术含量高的特点,针对该类项目的分析评价尤为重要。文中提出了该评价体系的设计思路,构建了评价体系模型和内容,并对该评价体系实施情况进行了讨论。
The petrochemical investment projects have characteristics of strong professional technicality , unique products and high technological content , so the analysis and evaluation made to this kind of projects are especially important. This paper proposed design approach to this evaluation system , constructed evaluation system model and contents , and made discussion to the implementation status of this evaluation system.
