摘要
高职院校应建立有效的协同创新机制,通过政府和国家层面出台政策、深化校企合作、提高教师个体的专业发展意识和能力,共同促进高职教师的专业发展,健全高职教师培养机制,建设高水平的双师教师队伍。
To promote the professional development of vocational teachers, refine the vocational teacher training mechanism, and build a high-level teaching staff with dual-qualifications, an effective collaborative innovation mechanism should be established in vocational colleges by introducing national policies, deepening school-enterprise cooperation and improving teachers' awareness and ability in their individual professional development.
