摘要
"一带一路"背景下,高职院校外语类多语种专业群建设应该是依据学校独特的办学优势和服务领域,以能力为本位,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,培养学生成为集语言能力、知识能力、专业能力、(跨)文化能力和实践能力的高技能型国际化人才。构建知行合一的专业群人才培养模式、重构科学合理的专业群课程体系、培养双师多能的师资队伍、建设开放共享的实践实训体系、创建优质共享的专业教学资源库和建立科学合理的管理监控运行机制是建设高职多语种专业群的路径选择。
This article focused on the study of constructing multilingual majors as the internal appeal of higher vocational colleges in the pursuit of deepening intensive development,improving quality construction and strengthening schooling benefits.It assumed that higher vocational colleges could cultivate high-skilled internationalized talents with language proficiency,learning and professional literacy,intercultural communication awareness and practice,emphasizing competency-based education as well as service and employment orientations.For this,the author put forward the countermeasures to establish a talent cultivation mode with an unity of knowing and doing,re-construct a scientific curriculum system for language majors,cultivate teaching professionals specialized in theory and practice,build an open and shared practice system,and construct a shared quality professional platform of teaching resources and a reasonable supervision mechanism.
