摘要
随着城市建设的发展,违法用地和违法建设的行为也愈演愈烈,利用卫星遥感进行土地利用动态监测是目前卫片执法检查的主要任务。3S技术在卫片执法检查中发挥着重要的作用,RS用于获取不同时期的高清影像图,利用GPS对动态图斑进行精确定位,在GIS技术支持下构建基础地理信息库,以3S为技术核心,构建土地数字监察平台—"天地网"。3S技术在卫片执法检查工作中的应用,极大地提高了卫片执法检查工作的效率。
