摘要
以西安市历史文化名城的文化时空要素信息为基础,利用数据库、GIS、多媒体、遥感等技术,针对西安市历史文化名城的文化时空要素信息,重点论述建立数字名城保护规划信息系统的关键技术和方法.将GIS技术引入城市规划建设中,突破了传统技术的约束,方便了政府相关部门对历史文化遗产的保护,同时增强了公众对城市建设和城市保护的理解和支持.
This paper,based on the chronological and spatial information of Xi'an,a historic and cultural city,focuses on the discussion of the key technology and methods in developing the digital planning and protection information system by using Database,GIS,Multimedia,Remote Sensing Technology and using GIS technology in the urban planning and construction,which breaks through the constraints of the traditional technology,and makes it easy for the relevant government department to protect the historical and cultural heritage.At the same time,it enhances the public to understand and support the urban construction and the protection of the city.
