摘要
分析了哈尔滨市近年来对名城保护工作所采用的方式、方法及效果,阐述了建立哈尔滨市名城保护管理信息系统的重要性、必要性及迫切性,并对该系统所采用的关键技术、系统功能及其创新点做了详细描述。
This paper analyzed the adapted methods and effects of the famous city protection work for Harbin city in the recent years. It also discussed the importance, necessity and imminence of constructing Harbin famous city protection and management information system. Finally,it detailedly introduced the key technology, system function and innovation points in the system.
