摘要 针对电网不稳定及矿井环境恶劣的特点,设计了一种采用PWM控制芯片UC3844的多路输出反激式开关电源作为矿用UPS的辅助电源。重点设计了UC3844的外围电路以及对相关参数进行了计算,解决了宽电压输入造成输出电压不稳的问题。最后通过TEK示波器采集的波形证明设计的正确性。 Based on the grid is not stable and the characteristics of mine environment is abominable,a multiplexed output flyback switch power based on PWM control chip of UC3844 used as auxiliary power supply of mine UPS are designed. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the peripheral circuit of UC3844 as well as the calculations of relevant parameters are designed in detail. Solve the output voltage instability caused by wide voltage input. Finally through the digital oscilloscope observation waveform to verify the correctness of the design.
