摘要
针对煤矿探测机器人采集一定高度环境气体信息的要求,采用模块化思想设计出一种小型的气体采样系统,主要包括采样装置、气体检测传感器、控制系统和电源。采样装置可在驱动单元的作用下带动导气管升降,实现一定高度的气体采集,通过采集电机堵转电流方式实现采样装置顶部避障。针对采样系统主要分析了其采样装置和控制系统的工作原理与实现方法。
