摘要
高电压宽范围输入的辅助电源在中大功率电力电子装置中被广泛应用,提出了采用工作在DCM状态下单管反激电路的方案设计高压输入辅助电源,计算了变换器的电路参数;根据输入电压高的特点,优化设计了变压器的变比和二次侧的反射电压,考虑到变压器的绝缘和爬电效应,提出了一种高电压输入变压器的绕制方法;设计了RCD吸收电路,极大地减小了主开关管上关断时的电压尖峰。
High voltage input auxiliary power supply is widely used in medium and high power device. A scheme using flyback topology working in DCM was proposed to design an auxiliary power supply. The parameters of transformer were designed. According to the characteristics of high input voltage, the design of the ratio of the transformer and reflected voltage from secondary side were optimized. Considering the transformer insulation and creepage effect, a kind of method of designing the high input voltage transformer was put forward. The RCD snubber was designed to reduce the peak voltage when the MOSFET was turned off.
