摘要
在纯电动汽车、光伏发电等特殊系统中,往往需要宽电压输入的开关电源,而采用一般的反激变换拓扑结构很难实现稳定的输出.为此,设计了一种基于新型变频技术的双管反激式开关电源.该变频技术利用输入电压的变化来改变系统振荡频率,从而有效地拓宽了输入电压的变化范围.经过测试,设计的开关电源输入电压范围约为120~850V,可输出稳定的24 V电压.实测结果表明,所设计的电源具有电压波纹小、调整率低、性能稳定、成本低等特点,可应用于超宽输入电压范围的电源中.
Wide voltage input switching power supply is widely used in electric vehicles and photovoltaic energy system. General flyback converter topology is difficult to achieve a stable output. To solve this practical application question, a scheme using new frequency conversion control technology was proposed to design a switching power supply with wide voltage input range. The frequency conversion method used the input voltage change to change the system oscillation frequency in order to improve the range of input voltage effectively. After testing, the switching power supply's input voltage ranges from 120 V to 850 V, and output voltage is 24 V. The results indicate that the designed switching power supply has the advantages of lower output voltage ripple, good voltage regulation, stable performance, low cost, et al. It can be used in the super wide input voltage power supply.
