摘要
为提高液黏绞车的控制精度,根据液黏绞车的提升和下放工况的特点设计了模糊PID控制系统,并采用Matlab软件进行了仿真分析,结果表明所设计的控制系统在不改变系统参数的情况下,可以较好地实现绞车在不同启动速度时的提升和下放工况,能较好地满足生产现场的需求。
In order to improve the control precision of the hydro-viscous winch, according to the requirements of the winch running upward and downward respectively, a fuzzy PID control system was designed and simulated by using software Matlab. The results show that the system can make the winch run upward or downward smoothly with different starting speed, without changing the parameters of the control system. Thus it can meet the practical requirements of the well.
