摘要
起升机构是起重机中用来将货物提升或下放的最重要的装置,其工作性能的优劣直接影响到整台起重机的工作效率和稳定性。首先简述了传统起升机构的两种形式即平行式和同轴式的结构布置方式,以及它们的优缺点。在此基础上提出了一种能够克服传统结构方式中电机转矩大、重量大、能耗大的一种新型起升机构的布置方案。然后介绍了其特点以及采用这种新型起升机构对提高起重机整体性能的影响,新型起升机构的介绍对起重机的结构创新与设计具有一定的指导意义。
Lifting mechanism is the most important device of the crane which is used to lift and lower the goods.Its working performance quality directly affects the working efficiency and stability of the whole crane.The paper firstly has briefly described two kinds of traditional lifting mechanism,parallel type and coaxial type structure arrangement and their advantages and disadvantages.Based on this,the paper put forward a new type of lifting mechanism that can overcome traditional structure's disadvantages,such as great torque,larger weight and large energy consumption.And then the characteristic and the influence of applying this new type of lifting mechanism on the whole crane's performance has been expatiated,which has a guiding significance in the structure design and innovation of the crane.
