摘要
建立"从农田到餐桌"的食品质量安全追溯制度成为当前食品行业及各级监管部门面临的重要任务。分析了日本食品质量安全追溯信息管理体系的先进经验和基本做法,分析了我国食品质量安全追溯信息管理体系的发展现状和存在的问题,提出了加强我国食品质量安全追溯信息管理工作的建议。
To etablish "from farm to table" food quality and safety traceability systems become the important task facing regulators of the current food industry and regulatory departments at all levels. This paper analyzes the food quality and safety traceability information management system of the advanced experience and methods of Japanese, Analyses the quality of food safety traceability information management system development present situation and the existing problems of our country.puts forward the strengthening our country food quality and safety traceability information management advice.
