摘要
农产品质量安全是食物安全的基础,农产品生产过程质量安全控制是"从农田到餐桌"全程保障食物安全的关键环节,本文综述国内外农产品生产过程质量安全控制的方法与技术。
The agro-product quality and safety are the base of food safety and securing the quality and safety of agro-products during the primary production is one of the key points to secure food safety "from farm to table" . This paper reviewed the techniques and methods for the quality and safety control of agro-products during the primary production.
