摘要
西方档案信息公开制度的建设经验对我国具有启示与借鉴意义。以中西方的认识差异为切入点,对档案信息公开制度构成模式、结构体系、救济机制等进行比较分析,旨在获得有益的启示与借鉴,取得"他山之石、可以攻玉"的效果,更好地健全与完善我国档案信息公开制度体系。
Experience in the construction of the Western archive information disclosure system has some inspiration and reference to our country. In this article, the author regards the different awareness between Chinese and western as the starting point, taking composing mode, structural system and relief mechanism of archive information disclosure system to compare, as a result of getting some Useful inspiration and ref- erence, just as Chinese say＂ Stones from other hills may serve to polish the jade of this one＂, through this way our archives information disclosure system will make great improvement.
