摘要
岩壁吊车梁是地下厂房的重要建筑物,系通过长砂浆锚杆将钢筋混凝土吊车梁牢牢地锚固在岩台上,形成岩壁梁和岩体共同受力的结构。因此,岩台开挖质量将直接影响到桥机的运行安全。洪屏抽水蓄能电站地下厂房岩壁梁岩台开挖在吸取同类工程经验的基础上,进行了系统的爆破试验研究,采用了一系列关键施工技术,通过精细化施工,确保了岩台的开挖质量。
Crane girder anchored to rock face is a kind of important members which firmly anchoring the reinforced concrete crane girders to rock bench by long mortar anchors to form a integrity structure of crane girder and rock.So excavation quality of rock bench will influence running safety of bridge crane.A series of blasting test is done for rock bench excavation in underground factory in Hongping Pumped Storage Power Station based on the experiences of similar project,some key construction technologies are adopted.By fine construction,the excavation quality of rock bench is ensured.
