摘要
马铃薯叶肉细胞原生质体培养后 ,再生细胞形成细胞团和愈伤组织。愈伤组织经MS+2 ,4_D 1 0mg/L +NAA 1 0mg/L +ZT 0 5mg/L +蔗糖 2 %继代后 ,移至分化培养基MS +6_BA 1 0mg/L +NAA 0 1mg/L +ZT 1 0mg/L +AC 2g/L +蔗糖 2 % +甘露醇 1%上分化效果较好。小植株在培养基MS +NAA 1
The mesophyll cell protoplasts of potato could divide from cell colonies and callus after cultured.The callosity was subcultured on the stock culture of MS+2,4_D 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+ZT 0.5 mg/L+sucrose 2%,differentiated on the medium of MS+ZT 1.0 mg/L+6_BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+AC 2 g/L+sucrose 2%+mannitol 1%.The plantlet formed whole plant on the medium of MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L.
