Effects of Ethephon on the Leaf Structure of Sugarcane Sprayed at Early Stage Ⅰ. Effects on Morphology of Leaf Photosyntehtic Organs

摘要 在分蘖期用100mgL-1和400mgL-1浓度乙烯利对早熟、中迟熟两个熟性不同的甘蔗品种进行叶面喷施,喷后2~10周内对新出叶的观测表明:①乙烯利对叶的长、宽有一定的抑制作用,100mgL-1浓度处理的抑制较轻。②对叶片维管束、叶肉细胞的发育分化起着深刻的影响,100mgL-1浓度处理对维管束和叶肉细胞的生长有所抑制。 Two sugarcane varieties which are early and intermediate-late maturing, were sprayed with 1×10 ̄-4 and 4×10 ̄-4 of ethephon at tillering stage. The following results could be concluded from the investigation on the new leaves within 2~10 weeks after foliar spraying.①Ethephon reduced leaf length, width, and the 1×10 ̄-4 treatment resulted in less inhibition than the 4×10-4 treatment did.②Ethephon dramatically affected the differentiation and development of vascular bundle, and mesophyll cells, in leaf,and the 1×10 ̄-4 treatment retarded the growth of vascular bundles and mesophyll cells,but promoted their morphological differentiation.
