穿层钻孔区域消突工艺在白坪煤业的应用及抽采达标评判 被引量:7

摘要 为了评判底板抽放巷穿层钻孔水力冲孔增透卸压后瓦斯抽采达标效果,以白坪煤业公司11231下顺槽底板抽放巷为试验点,考察采取水力冲孔后钻孔泄煤量、瓦斯预抽率、瓦斯含量等的变化。结果表明:评价单元内泄煤量为30‰,瓦斯预抽率为31%,瓦斯含量由冲孔前的7.86m3/t下降到冲孔后的6.1 m3/t。评价区段抽采达标,消除了煤巷掘进过程中的突出危险性。 In order to evaluate the gas drainage standard effect of hydraulic flushing permeability improvement and pressure relief in floor drainage roadway by crossing borehole, the crossheading floor drainage roadway was taken as test point, which was under 11231 of Baiping Coal Industry Company, it studied the changes of the amount of vent coal from the drilling, gas pre - drainage rate and gas con- tent after hydraulic flushing. The results showed that, the vent coal amount of the evaluation unit was 30%0, gas pre - drainage rate was 31% , and gas content dropped from 7.86m3/t to 6. 10m3/t after hydraulic flushing. The gas drainage reached standards in the evaluation area, and it eliminated the outburst danger in the excavation process of coal roadway.
