摘要
以龙泉煤矿首采工作面瓦斯抽采效果存在的达标难点为依据,从项目管理角度,提出龙泉煤矿首采工作面瓦斯抽采达标评判的质量目标,制定相应的抽采达标执行措施并引入评判体系效果检验机制,对该评判结果进行效果检验,根据效果检验的反馈信息建立持续改进方案。
Based on the difficulty of the standard and difficulty of the gas drainage effect in the first mining face of Longquan coal mine, from the perspective of project management,put forward the quality goal of the standard evaluation of gas drainage in the first mining face of Longquan coal mine, formulate the corresponding measures for the implementation of pumping production standards and introduce the evaluation system effect inspection mechanism,test the results of the evaluation results,establish continuous improvement plan according to the feedback information.
