摘要
麦捷矿为高瓦斯矿井,为了预防煤矿瓦斯事故的发生,对煤层中的瓦斯进行了抽采。在抽采完成后,为了验证瓦斯抽采的效果,需要进行瓦斯抽采达标验证。主要包括瓦斯抽采的基础条件评判和抽采效果评判。根据现场施工情况,确定瓦斯抽采基本条件为达标。根据有关的公式对可解吸瓦斯量、采煤工作面瓦斯抽采率以及矿井瓦斯抽采率进行计算,分别为3.131 m^(3)/t、82.25%以及77.13%均达到了标准。虽然150503回采工作面瓦斯抽采达标,但是于煤层瓦斯赋存的不均一特征,受采样数量限制,实测瓦斯抽采达标评判只能作为评判区域煤层瓦斯治理效果评判的一个参考指标。因此,还需及时掌握瓦斯及煤层赋存条件的变动,切实保障煤层开采条件的安全。
Maijie Mine is a high gas mine.In order to prevent the occurrence of coal mine gas accidents,the gas in the coal seam has been drained.After the drainage is completed,in order to verify the effect of gas drainage,the gas drainage compliance verification is required.It mainly includes the evaluation of the basic conditions of gas drainage and the evaluation of the drainage effect.According to the on-site construction situation,it is determined that the basic conditions for gas drainage are up to standard.According to the relevant formulas,the desorbable gas volume,coal mining face gas drainage rate and mine gas drainage rate are calculated,respectively,3.131m^(3)/t,82.25% and 77.13% are all up to the standard.Although the gas drainage in the 150503 working face meets the standard,due to the heterogeneous characteristics of coal seam gas occurrence,limited by the number of samples,the actual gas drainage standard evaluation can only be used as a reference index for evaluating the effect of regional coal seam gas control.Therefore,it is also necessary to grasp the changes in gas and coal seam storage conditions in time to effectively ensure the safety of coal seam mining conditions.
