摘要
随着石油工业的发展,管道运输已经越来越多的被应用到国民生产当中,对其的养护、维修也逐渐受到人们的重视。设计了一种利用摩擦力实现环管道运动的机构,可完成在任何材质的圆柱管道外的环管道运动,提出了双主动轮并联驱动的解决方案,进行了可靠性分析,从理论上证明了可行性,进一步实验也表明,机构动力强劲,不打滑,能满足工程需要。
As the development of oil industry, pipeline transport is widely used in national producing and its ma- intenance gradually draws more and more attention. This paper shows a device which can orbit any cylindrical pipes of any material by friction. A scheme using dual driver to drive in parallel is advanced and the reliability analysis theoretically proves its feasiblity. Further the experiments also show that the improvement scheme has greater power and no skidding any more and satisfies the engineering demands.
