摘要
为探讨麻纺业噪声性耳聋罹患率与噪声接触剂量之间的关系 ,使用听力计测定噪声作业工人听力 ,并使用声级计测定作业环境噪声强度 ,调查作业工龄等 ,用直线回归法分析噪声性耳聋罹患率与接触噪声剂量之间的关系。研究结果表明 ,所调查麻纺厂噪声作业工人噪声性耳聋罹患率为 2 7 36 % ,各级噪声性耳聋罹患率与接触噪声剂量之间存在着剂量反应关系。经回归分析推导 ,要保护 95 %的作业工人不发生噪声性耳聋 ,接触噪声总剂量应控制在 1 1 9dB·年以下。
In order to study the dose response relationship between the prevalence rate of noise induced deafness and the noise exposure,electric audiometer and noise meter had been used to measure the noise induced deafness of workers and noise level of the factroy.Meanwhile the working age of each individual was investigated.By linear regression analysis,the relationship between prevalence rate of noise induced deafness and the noise exposure was analyzed.The result showed that the prevalence rate of noise induced deafness was 27 36%,there was a dose response relation between the incidence of noise induced deafness and the doses of the noise exposure.From the linear regression formula,it showed that in order to protect 95% workers against the noise induced deafness,noise exposure must kept below 119 dB·years.
