脂质体抗生素复合可生物降解型缓释系统治疗慢性骨髓炎研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 慢性骨髓炎是骨组织的慢性感染,以胫骨最为常见。近年随着大量交通事故和骨科手术的增加,导致慢性骨髓炎逐渐增加,Gafur等的一份研究显示,肌肉骨骼感染疾病发病率有所增加,在1982～2002年这20年间骨髓炎发病率增加了2.8倍。慢性骨髓炎病程通常迁延难治,且常伴有骨缺损或在临床行清创术后出现骨缺损。慢性骨髓炎伴骨缺损对骨科医师来说一直以来都是一大难题与挑战。
