摘要
应用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)进行废旧有色聚酯织物脱色。结果表明:在脱色温度为140℃、织物与DMF物料配比为1:10的条件下,用DMF处理原液着色聚酯织物10min,织物脱色率可达30.91%;处理分散染料染色聚酯织物2min,织物脱色率可达87.49%;应用DMF饱和蒸汽汽蒸回流脱色分散染料染色聚酯织物时脱色率更高,达99.01%。使用后的DMF可经过蒸馏回收,回收纯度为94.28%,能继续作为脱色剂使用。
N, N-dimethyl formamide （DMF） was used for the decolorization of waste colored polyester fabric. The result showed that the decolorization rate was up to 30.91% after the fabric was treated for 10rain under 140 ℃ with a 1 ： 10 mass ratio of fabric/DMF. The decolorization rate of polyester fabrics dyed with disperse dyes was up to 87.49% after it was treated for 2 min. Higher decolorization rate of 99.01% was obtained by using refluxing steaming with DMF saturated steam for the decolorization of polyester fabrics dyed with disperse dyes. The DMF can be recycled after distillation process with the purity up to 94.28% as decolorising agent.
