摘要
分散染料微胶囊化染色废水可循环利用,染后织物不需要水洗,节约生产成本,符合可持续发展的要求,具有广泛的发展前景。为探索分散染料微胶囊化对染色性能的影响,文中采用商品染料C.I.分散红167、纯染料167和微胶囊化分散红167,通过染料在纤维上的半染时间,根据希尔公式得出的经验值推导出各染料在涤纶上的染色扩散系数。结果表明,染料微胶囊化并不对染料在纤维内部的扩散行为带来很大的影响,其扩散系数不会发生数量级的变化;对分散染料进行微胶囊化,使染料的半染时间延长,这可能与微胶囊的缓释作用有关;对分散染料进行微胶囊化,并不造成分散染料在性能上的变化。
The effluents of microencapsulated disperse dye-bath can be recycled and the dyed fabric does not need washing.This dyeing process not only saves cost,but also fits the requierments of sustainable development.It has broad prospects for development.The dyeing properties of the capsule was studied by comparison of commercial disperse dyes,pure disperse dyes and microencapsulated disperse dyes.Diffusion coefficient deduced from the halfdyeing time and empirical value from Hill formula.The results showed that microencapsulation of dyes did not affect the diffusion behavior of dyes in the fiber,and the diffusion coefficient did not change in order of magnitude.Microencapsulation of disperse dyes can prolong the half dyeing time of dyes,which may be related to the slow release of microcapsules,but does not change the properties of disperse dyes.
