摘要
目的:研究配伍肉桂、桂枝对制马钱子在风湿病治疗中抗炎镇痛的影响。方法:通过醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验与热板致痛法实验,研究分别配伍不同剂量肉桂及桂枝对马钱子抗炎、镇痛的影响。结果:配伍肉桂对马钱子的抗炎与镇痛无明显作用,配伍桂枝不能提高马钱子的镇痛作用,但能明显增强马钱子的抗炎作用。结论:为安全、合理、有效的使用制马钱子治疗风湿病,提供实验依据。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Prepared Nux-vomica's compatibility with Cinnamon and Cassia Twig. Methods: The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Prepared Nux-vomica's compatibility with Cinnamon and Cassia Twig was studied respectively by the experiment of inducing celiac capillary permeability with acetic acid in mice and the experiment of inducing pain with hot plate.Results: Nux vomica's compatibility with Cinnamon had no obvious effects on anti-inflammatory and analgesic functions and its compatibility with Cassia Twig couldn't improve its analgesic effect, but increased its anti-inflammatory effect. Conclusion: The study provided laboratory support for safe, reasonable and effective uses of Nux vomica in treating rheumatism.
