2个亚麻品种萌发期耐盐碱性比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 以2个亚麻品种为试验材料,在不同浓度高pH值(NaOH)、中性盐(NaCl)、碱性盐(NaHCO3或Na2CO3)和混合盐(NaHCO3和Na2CO3混合)胁迫处理下,对种子萌发期耐盐碱性进行了比较研究,主要进行了亚麻种子萌发期相对发芽势、相对发芽率、根长、下胚轴长及鲜重的测量。结果表明:(1)高pH值胁迫对2个品种的所有指标影响不大,其它胁迫条件下各指标数值均随胁迫浓度的升高而减少,2个品种对中性盐的耐受性好于碱性盐;(2)在中性盐胁迫下,黑亚14号的耐受性好于Diane,在碱性盐和混合盐胁迫下,Diane耐受性好于黑亚14号;(3)亚麻进行耐盐碱品种筛选采取的最适胁迫浓度为:150mM NaCl、15mM Na2CO3和30mM NaHCO3。本研究结果将为亚麻耐盐碱种质资源的筛选提供依据。 In this paper, the properties of saline - alkaline tolerance of two flax varieties were stud- ied under different concentrations of alkaline (NaOH), neutral salt ( NaCl), alkaline salt ( NaHCO3 or Na2CO3 ) and mixed salts stresses (mixture of NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 ) at germination stage. The relative germination potential, relative germination rate, root length, hypocotyl length and fresh weight were measured. The results showed that: ( 1 ) pH stress had less effect than other stresses on all the measured indexes of the two varieties, and the two varieties had better tolerance to neutral salt stress than to alka-line salt stress; (2) Heiyal4 had a higher tolerance than Diane under the neutral salt stress, but under the alkaline salt and mixed salt stress, the result was opposite ; (3) the appropriate concentrations of sa-line-alkaline for screening flax varieties were 150 mM NaCl, 15 mM Na2CO3 and 30 mM NaHCO3. The results would provide references for screening flax varieties of saline-alkaline tolerance.
