摘要
为了评价不同品种油用亚麻种子萌发期的耐盐性,本试验对0(CK)、50、100、150、200 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下的8个油用亚麻品种种子萌发情况进行研究,并利用模糊数学隶属函数法对不同品种种子萌发期耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明:除陇亚11号外,其它7个品种的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和下胚轴长均与NaCl浓度负相关。陇亚11号的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和下胚轴长在50 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下显著高于对照,但在NaCl胁迫浓度≥100 mmol/L时下降显著。150 mmol/L NaCl对各品种油用亚麻种子的发芽指标影响显著,为合适的盐胁迫浓度。8个油用亚麻品种萌发期耐盐性由高到低依次为张亚3号、陇亚13号、陇亚9号、陇亚11号、陇亚10号、陇亚12号、陇亚14号、天亚10号。
In the study,the germination status of seeds of 8 oil flax varieties under 0,50,100,150,200 mmol/L NaCl were analyzed,and their salt tolerance at germination stage were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index and hypocotyl length of different oil flax varieties were negatively correlated with NaCl concentration except Longya 11,while those of Longya 11 were significantly higher than those of the control under 50 mmol/L NaCl,and decreased significantly when the NaCl concentration above 100 mmol/L.150 mmol/L NaCl concentration was considered as the appropriate salt stress concentration because it had significantly influence on the germination indexes of oil flax.The salt tolerance of the 8 oil flax varieties at germination stage from high to low was Zhangya 3,Longya 13,Longya 9,Longya 11,Longya 10,Longya 12,Longya 14 and Tianya 10.
